1. Appointments and Cancellations: 

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. 

Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee. 

 

2. Arrival and Late Arrivals: 

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid inconvenience to other clients. 

 

3. Health and Medical Conditions: 

Please inform our staff of any health or medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your treatment. 

We reserve the right to refuse service or adjust treatments based on the provided information.

 

4. Spa Etiquette: 

Please maintain a quiet atmosphere within the spa premises. Mobile phones and other electronic devices should be turned off or set to silent mode. 

 

5. Lost or Stolen Items: 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items within the spa premises. Please keep your valuables secure at all times. 

 

6. Appointments and Cancellations: 

We require a minimum of 25% deposit upfront to secure the booking at least 24 hours before the session. Failure to provide the deposit within this timeframe will result in the automatic cancellation of the appointment. 

 

7. Massage for pregnant woman (only after 1st trimester.) 

We do not provide massages for pregnant individuals before their first trimester. It is the responsibility of the client to inform us of their pregnancy status. If you do not inform us, we do not take any responsibility for any further inconvenience or health issues and hams caused to you or your baby. 

 

8. Sexual Harassment and Misconduct: 

Any form of sexual or verbal or physical assault towards our staff members will not be tolerated.

In case of sexual or verbal harassment, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately, and the authorities will be notified. 

We reserve the right to charge you the full treatment fee even if the session is terminated due to your misconduct. 

We may provide your personal information to the authorities for legal proceedings in case of harassment. 

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.
